These jobs will help families prosper and are a key driver to complement the housing, education and community wellness investments within InvestNorth’s mission to create economic prosperity for residents. Companies located within the Park benefit from a range of public and private incentives, along with access to free workforce training programs. 

Adjacent to Peoria Mohawk, 36N — the first phase of the Envision Comanche project — marks the beginning of a transformative master plan to redevelop Comanche Park into a vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-income community. This redevelopment will further catalyze economic growth and opportunity along the 36th Street North corridor, enhancing the area’s overall vitality.
