A creative engine for the city
The Tulsa Arts District is a diverse, culturally rich district in Downtown Tulsa. It’s home to retail and service shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, museums, parks, private businesses, residences and historic music venues.
With its historic oil-rich past and the development of iconic venues including The Tulsa Theater and Cain's Ballroom, the district has evolved over time to become a creative, community-driven engine of the Tulsa economy. Guthrie Green, Bob Dylan Center and Woody Guthrie Center are all cultural spaces that sit within the heart of the district.
To further enhance the vibrancy of the Tulsa Arts District, GKFF is developing Western Supply, a 320-unit talent village scheduled to open in 2026. Western Supply will feature thoughtfully designed living, co-working, outdoor and amenity spaces to suit an inclusive mix of residents, including remote workers, teachers, artists, students and entrepreneurs. In addition, GKFF has partnered with the City of Tulsa to dedicate 80 affordable, workforce units within the project.
